1. Hunting season Officially from 1st February to 30th November, but most favourably in the months May to October. 2. Hunting license A hunting license is not required. 3. Visa Please enquire with your booking agent if you need a visa for Namibia. Your passport has to have a validity of least 6 months 4. Bookings We require a deposit/down-payment with your booking and will only see your booking valid and confirmed upon receipt thereof. The deposit/down- payment is only refundable if cancellation is made longer than 6 months prior to arrival. 5. Weapons and Ammunition

6. Inocculation Please consult your physician, but we recommend that your Tetanus immunisation is up to date. Etemba is not in the Malaria area, but it also recommended to consult your physician about precautions. 7. Insurances All precautionary measures for your safety during your stay are being taken by us: Your hosts are trained in first aid and a first aid kit always accompanies the hunting party. A liability insurance covers you during your stay. It is recommended that hunters and guests are sufficiently insured for medical, accidents, luggage and rifle losses. The outfitter cannot be held liable in cases of losses, accidents, damages and delays. 8. Power We have power supply of 220 volt and mobile network connection. 9. Hunting Clothes Light safari dress and durable shoes are appropriate for hunting. Sunglasses, a hat and a sun protection lotion are a must for the predominant sunny days. A jacket for the cooler nights and early mornings is recommended. Daily laundry service is included. 10. Weather Warm summers from September to April with temperature ranging from 25 to 35 degrees Celsius (rainy season normally between December and March). Rather mild winters range from June to August with day temperatures from 17 to 24 degrees Celsius and clear, starry and cool nights.
